I DO NOT WISH TO HEAR BACK BY A PERSON AT YOUR COMPANY WHO CAN NOT DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE OR IN A FORM OF WERE SORRY YOU HAD A BAD EXPERENCE. THEY PROVIDER YOUR COMPANY ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT WITH TO DELIVER GOOD FAILED TO DO SO AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. QUESTION IS IS BED BATH AND BEYOND NO LONGER WANT ME AS A CUSTOMER IF SO I CAN TAKE MY BUISNESS ELSEWHERE. I ASKED FOR THE ITEM TO BE RESHIPPED USING USPS OR UPS AND I WAS INFORMED THAT I CAN NOT CHOOSE THE SHIPPING SERVICE. FEDEX REFUSE TO DELIVER MY ITEM WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THEY DID CONTACT FEDEX.ANDCAN ADVISED THEY WOULD BRING THE ITEM OUT AND STARTED LISTING CONDITIONS FEDEX DEMANDED. I PURCHASED ITEMS FROM YOUR COMPANY AND THEY WERE SHIPPED VIA FEDEX. I did pay cash so I don’t have a credit card or check for proof of purchase. I have been a long time customer and have always been treated with respect. He was very hateful and I will never go back into that store again. Anyway, I was pretty angry which is not my personality. I guess he must have thought I took it out of the store without paying for it which would have been very difficult because it was so big and heavy I couldn’t even lift it. He wouldn’t even give me store credit or make an exchange for another crock without my receipt. I did not keep my receipt which I usually do until I know I am pleased with my purchase. I don’t remember the daytime managers name yesterday which was Dec. Anyway, I took it back to the store in the box. The smell was so bad I had to put it in the garage to finish cooking. I purchased a Crock Pot Thermashield 6 qt about a month ago and used it for the first time 3 days ago. I have had a job for the last 10.5 years and this is by for the worst hiring process and uncalled for thing I've ever seen and very discriminating. Then I send a email to her and she said she didn't remember send me the invite to foward her the message so she could see and then on 3/1/20 she tell me I'm not due for hire for my screen results which was negative and I have paper for and proof also. I go to the interview on 2/21/20 and the HR personal that invited me wasn't even there nor did she email me letting me know not to came and didn't even remember sending me the invite. Was pushed off for a month and a half then I recieved a email saying my application and all had been reviewed and accepted to go again and fill out paper work again to speed the process up when I arrived on 2/21/20 at 9am. I was offered two different jobs went and filled out my application and spoke to, two different people on interview when I did my screeningand it was negative screening with validation of doc calling me so I passed the screening.
I would like your company to honor the offer and let me order these 3 items at the sale price and give me the opportunity to apply an additonal 20%.

These items were very much needed, and I would think that you would honor the offer and get the deductions correctly, and therefore, have the reps be a bit more professional and be able to do the math when applying a 20% discount. I immediately cancelled this order, and am very disappointed.

The order should have dropped down to 31.99 and free shipping. I did a Chat session with Emioji (may have the spelling wrong) and this person stated they applied the 20% and said "sorry" but it NEVER took the 20% off, but rather 2.63. I ordered 3 Brookstone ® Posture-Tech 2-in-1 Back/Seat Cushion in Grey at $12.50 earcĪnd I ordered another item for 2.50 to get the free shipping, and it never took the 20% off. Tonight first time order placed whereas I tried to apply a 20% offer advertised for signing up and when I did, it stated you had my email already despite fact I NEVER ordered any items before online.
